For individuals and families, work-out regimens are professionally designed to meet your busy schedule and personal needs. When you meet your trainer for the first time, he or she will assess your current fitness level and work with you to achieve your desired goals.
The Individual Plan offers a one-on-one with your personal trainer. The trainer will create a fitness program designed to meet your personal needs.
This plan offers the opportunity for up to four family members, friends or associates to share a work out session at a greatly reduced price. A "Boot Camp" type of workout can be done with this type of plan
This plan is great for businesses, clubs, or any large group of five or more. For corporations, this plan is a way to help employees to get in shape or maintain their fitness, thereby significantly reducing health insurance costs.
